📋 Description

• Combines disparate data sources to construct and communicate a deep understanding of the product and customer utilization. • Help build a strong data culture through clear dashboards, regular reporting share-outs, and analyst lead product reviews • Works closely with engineering to establish data sources and pipelines and in the validation and maintenance of the generated data • Uses technical expertise and extensive industry experience to formulate product strategies and identify new product opportunities. • Identify, design and test new KPIs, • Leads the defining of metrics to unify cross-company reporting and measures • Researches and validates customer value realization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Analytics, or Data Science • Proven record of successful metric-driven product impact in collaboration with product and engineering teams • Very strong critical thinking and analysis skills. • Ability to take an ambiguous problem and use data to identify goals and clear metrics, and drive a team to deliver on those goals • Advanced SQL skills and database experience (Redshift, Snowflake) • Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Qlik) • Experience in Python or R • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for driving change with a collaborative leadership style • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills • Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across multiple functions
