📋 Description
• Provide advanced support to the health system’s billing compliance program. • Perform complex audits and lead data analytics activities. • Serve as a subject matter expert on billing, charging, and coding compliance. • Collaborate with operational leaders and compliance leadership. • Contribute to training content and advise on regulatory changes. • Identify systemic risk areas and support investigations. • Recommend process improvements that enhance compliant billing practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have RECENT (last 3-5 years) Epic HB or PB Billing Compliance experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare Billing, Coding, or Compliance. • Audit Process and Data Analysis experience, preferred. • Advanced knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. • Strong understanding of CMS billing guidelines, OIG work plan focus areas, and payer-specific policies. • Advanced knowledge of Epic, charge router logic, clinical workflows, and charging methodologies. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other applicable software.
