📋 Description

• Maintain CRM data quality through audits, cleanup, and ongoing governance. • Take ownership of CRM projects and initiatives from planning through completion. • Investigate and resolve data and system issues independently, escalating when appropriate. • Provide day-to-day CRM support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users. • Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and best practices. • Support data imports, exports, migrations, and reporting. • Partner with marketing, business development, and operations teams to improve CRM processes and user adoption. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and enhance the user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 2-5 years of experience supporting a CRM platform (Deltek Vantagepoint, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills with experience supporting, training, and building relationships with end users • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or reporting tools is a plus • Experience in the AEC industry and Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred but not required
