📋 Description

• Enable customers to become a true Agentic Enterprise • Serve as the technical authority for Agentforce and Data Cloud • Engage directly with the sales team on strategic accounts • Lead technical discovery, design, and presentation of solutions • Define customer use cases and deliver workshops, demos, and POCs • Develop detailed data architectures and provide specific SKU recommendations • Work closely with Product Management to provide customers with insight into the product roadmap • Guide customers from a successful POC to a full production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Architect • Previous experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus • Demonstrated ability to lead technical pre-sales cycles, including delivering workshops, demos, and POCs • Strong understanding of data integration patterns, APIs, and data governance principles • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence both technical and business audiences • A passion for innovation and a deep curiosity for artificial intelligence and business automation • Willingness to complete a mandatory 6-week intensive training program alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers • Fluency in English and Spanish.
