⢠Enable customers to become a true Agentic Enterprise ⢠Serve as the technical authority for Agentforce and Data Cloud ⢠Engage directly with the sales team on strategic accounts ⢠Lead technical discovery, design, and presentation of solutions ⢠Define customer use cases and deliver workshops, demos, and POCs ⢠Develop detailed data architectures and provide specific SKU recommendations ⢠Work closely with Product Management to provide customers with insight into the product roadmap ⢠Guide customers from a successful POC to a full production deployment
⢠5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Architect ⢠Previous experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus ⢠Demonstrated ability to lead technical pre-sales cycles, including delivering workshops, demos, and POCs ⢠Strong understanding of data integration patterns, APIs, and data governance principles ⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence both technical and business audiences ⢠A passion for innovation and a deep curiosity for artificial intelligence and business automation ⢠Willingness to complete a mandatory 6-week intensive training program alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers ⢠Fluency in English and Spanish.
