📋 Description
• Design interfaces for shaping Piper's personality, goals, and objection handling • Develop Piper's live presence including chat and video experience • Collaborate in defining design patterns for autonomous agents in enterprise sales • Prototype using code or AI tools • Make rapid design decisions and ship them directly
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of product design experience • At least 2 years on AI or conversational experiences • Understanding of LLM behavior (latency, streaming, confidence, failure modes) • Fluent in AI tooling as a core part of work • Strong visual and interaction craft • Comfortable without a detailed brief • Define the problem alongside the solution • Experience working directly with engineering and ML teams.
