📋 Description

• Partner with Managed Care Contracting and provide advanced analytics to meet strategic financial goals. • Interact with internal and external parties about rates, terms, rate structure and reconciliations. • Evaluate and develop hospital, physician and ambulatory rate proposals. • Develop, maintain and provide regular reporting on financial performance for monitoring and planning. • Function as Master System User for Axiom financial system, managing updates and system development. • Assemble, summarize data, and prepare financial reports and presentations of findings.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related major required. • Three to five years minimum experience in healthcare, health insurance or other similar business that has provided the required experience and skills in finance, including cost accounting and preparation of complex annual operating and capital budgets. • Strong Excel skills (i.e., Pivot Tables, Macros, advanced Formulas, etc.) is a foundational requirement for being successful in the Senior Analyst position. • Experience working independently, managing competing priorities and taking ownership of projects is critical for success in this role. • Axiom or other budgeting systems experience is preferred.
