📋 Description

• Assist internal users with basic NetSuite usage questions (navigation, forms, reports) • Document workflows, procedures, and user guides • Collect user issues and coordinate with supervisors or vendors for follow-up • Test simple workflow or process changes and verify results • Follow up with users to ensure required tasks are completed in NetSuite • Support process improvement and workflow optimization • Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth operational execution • Prepare reports, documents, and internal communication • Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, administration, or related field • Basic understanding of databases • Ability to write simple code • Strong willingness to learn NetSuite and business workflows • Good communication skills and attention to detail • Experience with JavaScript and SQL (Preferred) • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP B1 (Preferred)
