📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process across both enterprise and consumer experiences • Partner closely with product management and engineering to define product strategy • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, human-centered experiences • Evolve the Sanas Design System and UI component library • Maintain rigorous design quality standards and support engineering excellence • Mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of creativity • Lead user research and usability testing to improve design

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design • 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring designers • Exceptional portfolio showcasing usability and craft • Expert proficiency in Figma • Proven ability to conduct or oversee research • Deep understanding of interaction design and accessibility best practices • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Ability to leverage AI tools in the design process • Bonus: Experience in voice/speech AI or audio-centric interfaces
