📋 Description

• Lead the ongoing analysis, planning, and management of the assigned product line, Health Plan, or Sanford Health System service. • Identify areas of product enhancement and new product development. • Interface with customers, clients, agents, businesses, professional peers, prospects, and members to understand market requirements and translate them into business opportunities. • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and feasibility through development, launch, performance evaluation, enhancement, and retirement. • Collaborate with leadership, Performance Excellence, and cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility and translate market needs into actionable requirements. • Develop and manage product plans, cost-benefit analyses, budgets, schedules, and work plans. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to assess market opportunities, financial viability, and sales potential. • Apply marketing strategies involving mobile applications, social media, and SEO/SEM to support digital engagement and marketing outreach. • Lead cross-functional product development initiatives, track performance, and integrate data for lifecycle decisions and continuous improvement. • Develop competitive intelligence tools and recommend product portfolio strategies and optimal product mixes. • Lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate discussions, and prepare executive and governance reviews. • Communicate product strategy and execution status to Product Development leadership. • Ensure product offerings comply with regulations and coordinate submission, filing, and reporting requirements with regulatory and legal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required. • Minimum five to ten years’ of relevant experience in healthcare and/or consumer product marketing with emphasis in product management and strategy development. • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, preferred.
