📋 Description
• Serve as initial point of contact for subrogation investigation to determine if the claim qualifies as subrogation • Research and investigate potential subrogation files utilizing various mechanisms to obtain case details • Audit information for completeness and accuracy before establishing new subrogation case • Scan and upload returned member correspondence • Review all incoming checks to determine if related to subrogation case • Work in conjunction with various entities to obtain accident and injury information • Utilize subrogation software to create accounts, log case details, and update account status
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of two years previous work experience in collections, legal, claims processing, or subrogation related field
