• Engage Pulmonary customers within the assigned geographical territory and deliver clinically focused messages for the asthma indication • Introduce and launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and deliver product goals • Collaborate with Regeneron Sales Professional counterparts, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement and Market Access teammates, Thought Leader Liaisons, and other field-based stakeholders • Address customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives • Develop relationships with pulmonary experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, healthcare personnel, patient advocacy groups, and thought leaders • Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business • Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities • Maximize the geographic territory budget to execute strategies and generate or grow business • Participate in industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences • Coordinate and call upon large group practices and other key targets to drive product results • Drive industry-leading customer value • Consistently deliver results in a compliant manner while following Sanofi US policies and pharmaceutical/biological product promotion regulations
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university • 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information • Ability to travel to meetings, training, and programs as necessary; additional travel may be required within the assigned territory • Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments • Ability to operate with a high degree of integrity within compliance guidelines • Ability to cooperate with collaboration partners and internal colleagues • Valid Driver’s License • 2 years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable or office-administered IV biologics strongly preferred • 2 years of selling experience in pulmonary disease or other immunology disorders strongly preferred • 2 years of selling experience calling on Pulmonologists preferred • Co-promotion experience preferred • Advanced clinically-based selling skills • Proven track record of success with product launches • Experience in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers • Passion and learning aptitude for science • Knowledge of disease state, treatment options, and healthcare trends • Strong account management skills
