• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a background in payroll processes to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll workflows, compliance requirements, and ERP systems. • As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure efficient and compliant payroll operations, from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support. • This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and a dynamic team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on payroll processes within any ERP system. • Familiarity with any ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or PeopleSoft. • Strong understanding of payroll workflows, compliance regulations, and best practices. • Ability to analyze payroll data, interpret trends, and translate business needs into technical requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions within payroll systems.
