📋 Description

• Respond to every new lead by call and text within 5 minutes during working hours • Conduct short introductory calls to understand each gym's business, numbers and goals • Qualify gym owners and book qualified demos with every decision-maker attending • Confirm demos and re-book no-shows • Follow up with older leads and leads that did not book • Log every call outcome daily • Write short handover notes before each demo • Work with leads generated from SanterMedia's ads and pipeline; no cold calling

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of appointment setting or phone-based inside sales experience • High-ticket or B2B sales experience is a plus • Fitness industry experience is a bonus • Persistent, organised and coachable • Clear speaking and writing skills • Honest approach; no overselling • Availability between 8am and 6pm Eastern/Central time • Reliable computer, stable internet connection and quiet place to work • Submit a 60–90 second voice note • Complete a 20-minute role-play call • Must respond to application questions about SMMA experience and typical call, booking, show and close rates
