📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of gym owner clients as their primary point of contact through Slack, Zoom, phone, and email • Run weekly coaching calls and help clients identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and improve performance • Review KPIs and performance data to diagnose issues and make fact-based recommendations • Hold clients accountable to actions required to achieve their goals • Identify churn risks and proactively solve problems • Manage the client journey from onboarding through long-term retention • Acquire referrals, reviews, testimonials, and client success stories • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to improve client experience and results • Identify root causes rather than repeatedly solving symptoms • Help gym owners improve lead follow-up, appointment setting, show rates, sales performance, and business growth • Maintain accurate client records, notes, and action items • Identify trends across clients and recommend improvements to systems, coaching, and service delivery • Help improve onboarding, communication, accountability, and overall client experience

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of client success, account management, coaching, consulting, or similar client facing experience • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously • Experience working in a marketing agency, coaching company, or service based business preferred • Sales experience is a bonus • Fitness industry experience is a bonus • Comfortable leading difficult conversations, setting expectations, and holding people accountable • Strong people and relationship-building skills • Proactive problem-solving and ownership • Ability to use KPIs and performance data to diagnose problems and guide decisions • Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and priorities simultaneously • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with little oversight • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement • Availability between 9–5pm ET
