• Overseeing greenfield, brownfield, and commissioning activities on electrical systems • Drive troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts to identify and resolve complex electrical issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute electrical commissioning activities • Develop, implement, and enforce commissioning protocols and procedures • Monitor equipment performance and efficiency • Maintain comprehensive records of commissioning activities • Provide technical leadership, support, and guidance to commissioning teams • Ensure work product meets contractual requirements • Track work progress and highlight key developments • Support communication with partners and stakeholders
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical installations, operations, and maintenance within the power generation industry • Comprehensive technical knowledge and expertise in power plant electrical systems and equipment • Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for electrical systems • Familiarity with industry regulations, industry codes & standards, and best practices related to power plant electrical operations, maintenance, commissioning, and safety • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel and work in various locations across the United States as required
