📋 Description

• Review and oversee the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program for all project phases • Conduct regular audits of contractor activities • Ensure that contractors are utilizing the latest revisions of design documents • Track work progress and highlight key activity development in daily reports • Monitor the proper storage and maintenance of materials and equipment • Review and evaluate construction test reports and compliance documentation • Ensure adherence to quality standards for construction activities • Compile and report quality audit results and performance metrics to project management • Assist contractors in pre-planning their quality control processes • Track and follow up on non-conformance reports • Provide technical leadership and guidance to plant operators and maintenance teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in mechanical quality assurance, operations, and maintenance within the power generation industry • Familiarity with industry regulations, codes & standards, and best practices related to power plant construction, operations, maintenance, and safety • ASME code welding • Familiar with National Boiler Vessel or repair alterations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel and work in various locations across the United States • Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
