📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability • Collaborate with IT and business teams to support customer implementation projects, including data migration, configuration, and testing • Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business stakeholders • Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards • Document processes, configurations, and data workflows for internal knowledge sharing • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems and integrations • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities and system performance • Additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field required • 4–6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environments • Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning) • Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with customer implementation projects (data migration, onboarding) preferred • Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferred • Knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing preferred • Experience with web platform administration and configuration a big plus
