📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Flutter applications for mobile, web, and desktop platforms • Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable code following established coding standards • Implement responsive user interfaces based on UI/UX designs • Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services • Develop offline-first capabilities and local data storage solutions when required • Participate in architecture and design discussions • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members • Debug and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents • Ensure application security and compliance with organizational standards • Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand requirements • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality and reliability • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies • Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipeline improvements • Stay current with Flutter, Dart, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies • Evaluate new tools and frameworks that improve development efficiency and product quality • Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of software development experience • 2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience • Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, Git source control, RESTful APIs, JSON, mobile app architecture patterns, CI/CD pipelines, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript • Experience developing and releasing applications to Apple App Store and Google Play Store • Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies • Preferred: Firebase • Preferred: MySQL databases • Preferred: Native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) experience • Preferred: Web and desktop Flutter deployment experience • Preferred: Knowledge of software security best practices
