• Manage the distribution list and set up, create, and execute all marketing campaigns using Hubspot, Customer.io, Zapier • Take ownership of omnichannel campaigns leveraging email, push notifications, SMS, and other communications • Contribute to daily operations of the digital team and manage the marketing technology stack • Manage and improve engagement campaigns to move leads through the marketing funnel • Manage marketing automation rules and logic, landing pages, and reports • Design and build automated email marketing flows and email campaigns • Create, test and optimize campaign landing pages to improve conversion funnel • Interpret campaign analytics to measure performance and identify weaknesses • Maintain a data-driven approach via continual experimentation and optimization (A/B testing) • Maintain company and customer segment databases and leverage highly-segmented data • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various campaigns
• At least 2 solid years of experience in an automation role • Strong analytical and technical skills • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Customer.io and Zapier • Technologically savvy and easy to adapt with new tools • Good communication skills • Experience designing and building automated email marketing flows and email campaigns • Experience managing omnichannel campaigns (email, push, SMS) and marketing technology stacks • Experience with A/B testing, campaign analytics, landing pages, and segmentation
