• Provide legal support across the company’s global ad tech operations, including commercial, data protection, and intellectual property matters • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (including service, licensing, partner, vendor, and employment contracts) • Support product, marketing, and commercial teams with day-to-day legal inquiries and ensure business practices comply with relevant laws and regulations • Collaborate with external counsel in various jurisdictions on complex or localized legal issues • Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on legal risk mitigation strategies • Lead internal legal processes and contribute to the development of compliance and governance frameworks
• 4–5+ years of legal experience, preferably in ad tech, IT, or tech product companies • Solid understanding of digital advertising, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) • Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts • Proven ability to manage cross-border legal matters and work across multiple jurisdictions • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate legal advice into business language • Law degree and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
