📋 Description

• Collect, clean, and validate marketing and product performance data from multiple sources, including product usage analytics, campaign data, and financial reports. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, retention, and ROI. • Calculate and interpret core business metrics — including churn rate, payback period, and funnel efficiency — to guide data-driven marketing and product decisions. • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and product positioning. • Support A/B tests, funnel optimization, and growth experiments by analyzing results and identifying key performance drivers. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, and engineers to define analytics requirements and ensure data accessibility. • Conduct trend and predictive analyses to forecast marketing performance and identify emerging opportunities for growth. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and data governance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a web or mobile consumer app environment, primarily within the B2C segment. • Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance measurement across campaigns and channels. • Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). • Proficiency in SQL and strong command of Excel or equivalent analytical tools. • Practical experience with growth marketing concepts, funnel analysis, and optimization experiments. • Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes for managing large datasets from multiple sources. • Ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
