📋 Description

• Conduct environmental assessments and safety evaluations of nuclear facilities • Evaluate uranium mills and in situ uranium recovery facilities for environmental impacts • Cite references of safety and environmental evaluations performed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline • At least 5 years of experience • Experience in environmental assessments and safety evaluations of nuclear facilities for federal and/or state agencies • Experience with evaluating these facilities for potential environmental impacts (hydrogeological, human health and safety, air quality, etc) • U.S. citizenship • Ability to obtain a security clearance • Previous experience with various radiation codes, such as RESRAD, MicroShield, and MILDOS preferred
