• Support internal project and partner management activities, focusing on vendor relationships, partner programs, and certifications. • Maintain accurate and updated records for cloud and supplier partners (AWS, Azure, Ingram Micro, etc.). • Track certifications, partner requirements, and program renewals to ensure the company remains in good standing. • Prepare and submit funding or incentive requests under the guidance of management. • Attend and support partner meetings, capture meeting notes, and follow up on action items. • Generate internal reports on partner performance, funding utilization, and certification status. • Maintain project tracking in Jira or other systems and follow up on assigned tasks. • Coordinate project meetings, document minutes, and update progress reports. • Create and maintain documentation related to internal projects and processes. • Update dashboards, spreadsheets, and internal reports with current and accurate data. • Maintain documentation in Confluence and/or SharePoint for partner programs and internal initiatives. • Prepare summary reports and presentations for management review. • Support adherence to internal governance and compliance processes.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or vendor support roles. • Experience supporting technology or cloud-related teams is an asset. • Proficient in Microsoft or Google Suites (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides). • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Basic understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is an advantage but not required.
