📋 Description

• Lead the launch and growth of new, innovative brands in the health and beauty space • Own end-to-end project management for product launches from concept to launch • Manage assigned projects from start to finish, proactively identifying challenges and ensuring on-time deliverables • Track and communicate project statuses, budgets, resources, timelines, and next steps • Maintain and escalate risks across product launches • Coordinate between the Brand/Marketing team and cross-functional teams • Organize and track communications and asset deliveries • Route new projects and feedback through appropriate teams for development and implementation • Ensure assets meet brand objectives and standards while staying within budget • Identify project and process issues and help drive improvements • Ensure established processes are followed and support team members in following them

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a Project Management capacity, preferably at an ecommerce, DTC, or CPG company • Experience with project management software, specifically Wrike • AI-savvy with experience using AI tools including Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude • Experience overseeing product launches • Background in the health and supplements industry is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills across management, marketing, and cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and stakeholders simultaneously • Ability to know when and how to communicate escalations clearly to senior leadership • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills • Enthusiastic, proactive approach to solving problems • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to think outside the box • Hands-on and highly motivated, willing to roll up your sleeves and execute tactically • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with constant change • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization • Effective at prioritizing and managing workload across multiple assignments • Strong understanding of DTC marketing; experience in marketing is a plus • Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer • Comfortable working west coast (PST) hours until 4:30pm PST
