📋 Description

• Lead a team of 6–10 BDRs generating 2+ qualified leads per week each (12–20 demos total). • Drive a ≤14-day sales cycle from first contact to contract signed. • Own the full outbound motion: prospecting → demo → handoff → close. • Build and refine outreach targeting business owners, development teams, and multi-unit operators. • Create scripts, frameworks, and messaging around core pain points. • Train reps on business fundamentals (unit economics, ROI, EBITDA impact, etc.). • Run daily performance reviews and live call coaching. • Track core KPIs: contact → demo → show → close. • Maintain a culture where 2 qualified leads/week is the non-negotiable baseline. • Ensure CRM hygiene (Zoho CRM). • Oversee RingCentral usage to maximize outbound productivity. • Maintain accurate forecasting, clean data, and weekly dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years full-cycle outbound sales • 2+ years leading BDR/SDR teams (6+ reps) • Proven success in staffing, BPO, VA services, or B2B services • Strong call-coaching, scripting, and objection-handling skills • Experience building outbound systems • Proficiency with Zoho CRM, RingCentral, Google Workspace • English C1+ and thrives in KPI-driven environments
