📋 Description

• Process weekly caregiver payroll by verifying hours, timesheets, shift notes, and attendance. • Prepare client invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure accurate billing cycles. • Maintain financial records, including pay rates, client agreements, and service authorizations. • Communicate with caregivers to clarify payroll questions, missing hours, or shift corrections. • Follow up with clients or responsible parties regarding outstanding payments or billing inquiries. • Work closely with the care coordination team to verify service logs, schedule accuracy, and authorization compliance. • Ensure billing and payroll tasks comply with state regulations and company policies. • Assist with month-end reporting, audit preparation, and financial documentation requests. • Update the CRM and billing systems with accurate and timely financial data.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, billing, accounting support, or administrative finance roles. • Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing agencies, or service-based industries is strongly preferred. • Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 level). • High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet weekly deadlines. • Proficiency with billing systems, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar financial tools. • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information responsibly. • Prior remote work experience is a plus.
