📋 Description

• Bring AI from concept to capability as an AI Engineer • Transform emerging technologies into operational tools • Design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems across the Azure ecosystem • Design and implement AI/ML workflows leveraging Azure AI Services • Partner with Data Engineering to connect models with curated data assets • Containerize and operationalize models or pipelines for scale via Azure ML • Build evaluation frameworks to assess model quality • Embed with business units to translate opportunities into technical requirements • Develop and maintain reusable prompt templates, orchestration flows, SDK components

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of related experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. • Solid applied understanding of LLM-based architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector embeddings, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration. • Expertise with Azure AI Services (Language, Vision, Speech, etc.) and the Azure AI Foundry platform (model catalog, agent services, SDKs). • Proficiency in Python (or equivalent), REST APIs, ML/LLMOps tooling, and frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, LangChain, FastMCP, Semantic Kernel or similar). • Ability to translate business problems into measurable technical solutions, delivering outcomes and insights. • Collaborative communicator capable of working across business, compliance, IT, and analytics teams. • Familiarity with Responsible AI governance—traceability, explainability, fairness, bias detection, and monitoring pipelines. • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent to Agent (A2A) frameworks
