📋 Description

• Lead and refine recruitment strategies for complex and high-impact roles • Advise hiring leaders on success profiles, role scope, feasibility, expectations, and market conditions • Conduct advanced candidate assessments and provide informed recommendations • Design and calibrate interview strategies for complex or senior roles • Oversee and troubleshoot complex interview coordination • Lead synthesis and interpretation of interview feedback and facilitate decision discussions • Ensure accurate and compliant completion of pre-employment requirements • Lead offer strategy for complex hires and manage candidate expectations and closing conversations • Partner with People & Culture leaders to assess talent needs and translate business strategies into hiring approaches • Apply recruiting technology and AI-enabled insights to improve pipeline quality and hiring outcomes • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher preferred • 5+ years of related experience recruiting for clinical roles in a related healthcare environment • Experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare support roles • Experience with Workday highly desired • Self-starter who performs work under minimal supervision • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortability and experience utilizing recruiting platforms like LI, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, HireEZ, and other AI-enabled tools • Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter • Ability to work Pacific time hours
