• Support the development and execution of GTM plans for new product launches • Work with Project Managers on launch calendars, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns go live smoothly and on time and reach our success metrics • Partner with Product, Creative, and Growth teams to align launch timelines, messaging, and assets across channels • Lead ticketing for digital activations, organize meetings with key cross-functional teams • Support in QA for all launches • Gather and analyze revenue data to assess campaign effectiveness, providing insights and performance metrics to teams for continuous improvement • Stay informed on fragrance, beauty, and ecommerce trends • Contribute to improving GTM workflows and documentation to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams
• A Bachelor’s Degree, ideally focused in Marketing, Business, Communications, or comparable work experience • A minimum of 3 years experience working in Marketing • A collaborative, positive, and flexible attitude • Experience or interest in fragrance or beauty preferred
