📋 Description

• Deliver engaging client training sessions covering SchemeServe and its functionality • Train customers to build and manage their own insurance products using SchemeServe • Provide targeted training on specific platform areas • Deliver internal training and support onboarding of SchemeServe employees • Create and maintain Help Guides, training videos, tutorials and other learning resources • Organise and host webinars on SchemeServe functionality and best practice • Identify recurring knowledge gaps and create training or self-service resources • Help clients become increasingly self-sufficient with SchemeServe • Build and configure insurance products for clients on SchemeServe • Translate underwriting guides and product specifications into working products • Configure question sets, rules, documents and other product functionality • Build and maintain rating using Excel • Test products and verify expected behavior • Support changes and updates to existing products • Work with clients and internal teams to understand product requirements • Troubleshoot configuration issues and find practical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in training, preferably in SaaS or insurance • Strong communication and presentation skills • Comfortable working directly with clients • Good general computer skills, including confidence using Excel • Interest in learning how insurance products are configured and built • Ability to work independently while collaborating across different teams • UK-based • Enjoy working with people and explaining solutions • Insurance knowledge, including terminology, products and industry operations • Enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge • Natural curiosity and problem-solving ability • Comfortable learning and using digital tools • Clear written and verbal communication • Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment • Ability to work swiftly while maintaining attention to detail • Willingness to challenge the norm and suggest improvements • Previous training, onboarding or demonstrations experience is nice to have • Experience using insurance software or SaaS platforms is nice to have • Experience configuring insurance products, schemes or rating is nice to have • Experience as an underwriter, broker, configuration analyst or business/systems analyst is nice to have • Experience creating training materials, videos or documentation is nice to have
