📋 Description

• Own project scope, timeline, budget, and client communication end to end • Lead team delivery and achievement of goals • Identify risks, blockers, and scope creep early and drive them to resolution • Run stakeholder updates and manage expectations • Identify opportunities for account growth • Maintain clean and consistent documentation, reporting, and handoffs • Convert client goals into clear, sequenced, buildable plans • Use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Replit to prototype, unblock technical work, or ship small to medium pieces directly • Direct and support engineers and QA • Make clear calls on tradeoffs and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of Project Management experience • 1–2 years of Product Engineering or AI experience • Proven ownership of client-facing projects, including scope, budget, timeline, and risk • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and SDLC • Fluent with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Replit • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous goals to completion with minimal oversight • Strong English, spoken and written • Comfortable working in agile, culturally diverse, and fast-moving environments • Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, independent, and able to multitask • Full-stack comfort; able to read code, scope technical work, and ship small builds • Bachelor's degree in Management, IT, or a related area • Project Management certifications such as PMP, Agile, or ScrumMaster are a plus
