📋 Description
• Understand and develop mechanical requirements and constraints for spacecraft sensor subsystems • Contribute to mechanical design, thermal analysis and structural analysis • Design and model optomechanical prototypes and test equipment • Support lab-based sensor integration and testing
🎯 Requirements
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or other related field. • Rising Juniors, Seniors, or graduate students only. • SolidWorks or similar CAD software expertise • Experience in data analysis in Python, Matlab, or Excel • Hands-on fabrication and GD&T experience a plus
