📋 Description

• Develop and implement innovative IT strategies that transform business and IT processes. • Advise clients on technology trends such as AI to identify optimization opportunities. • Temporarily assume leadership roles within IT. • Lead complex consulting projects from concept through implementation. • Plan resources, manage budgets, and ensure efficient time management. • Build long-term client relationships and proactively identify business opportunities. • Conduct market analyses, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in IT organization and technical consulting. • Analytical skills and experience in process and data analysis. • Certifications in COBIT, TOGAF, SAFe, Lean, or ITIL are a plus but not required. • Leadership experience and talent development. • Confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong communication skills in German. • Willingness to travel depending on project requirements.
