âą Overseeing the full payroll process for Finnish clients, ensuring detailed and accurate execution. âą Participating in team efforts to streamline processes and enhance service quality through innovative technological solutions. âą Providing expert support and handling complex payroll queries with dedication and precision.
âą You bring a minimum of 3 years of extensive experience in managing the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to tax reporting, preparing bank files, calculating vacation pay, and beyond. âą You thrive in dynamic settings, are proactive, and have a growth mindset, with a keen interest in making impactful contributions to a vibrant organization. âą You are proficient (C2) in Finnish and have a strong command of English (B2), coupled with a solid grasp of Finnish employment laws and payroll regulations before considering a potential move to Spain.
