• Own the strategy, execution, and performance of all marketing campaigns to drive users, demos and revenue across the customer lifecycle • Oversee all lifecycle and nurture email campaigns across marketing and sales funnels • Drive segmentation, lead scoring, and behavioral-based automation • Collaborate with sales/ops on routing, MQL optimization, and data hygiene • Optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, and other acquisition KPIs in B2B campaigns • Increase qualified lead volume while improving customer acquisition cost (CAC) • Drive conversion rate uplift across Content, Landing Pages and nurture flows • Launch high-performing campaign initiatives to drive traffic, impressions, demos and sales.
• 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech • Expertise across paid channels, automation tools (Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), CRO platforms, and analytics tools • Proven ability to scale multi-channel campaigns • Strong grasp of funnel metrics, data interpretation, and optimization strategies • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, design, product, and people teams • A bias for testing, iterating, and moving fast.
