📋 Description

• Manage financial documentation and maintain accurate financial records. • Process and execute payments through online banking platforms. • Prepare financial summaries and perform primary financial analysis. • Prepare regular financial reports for internal stakeholders. • Review, prepare, and control invoices to ensure accuracy and timely processing. • Monitor and manage service payments, ensuring all obligations are paid on time. • Support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to continuous process improvements. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial and payment-related questions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, or a similar role. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. • Analytical mindset and confidence working with financial data and reports. • Experience with online banking systems and financial documentation. • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel). • Fluent Russian (written and spoken) is required. • English at an intermediate level or higher, as you'll collaborate with an international team. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of your responsibilities.
