📋 Description

• work with adolescents and young adults releasing from Washington State Juvenile Rehabilitation facilities who are enrolled in the POST Program • deliver an Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach with Assertive Continuing Care (A- CRA/ACC)-based intervention • meet with youth on their caseload weekly • work with youth on life skills, substance use refusal, resource referrals • support the youth’s transition to the community • involve a combination of in-person work with youth in facilities and in the community, as well as virtual and phone sessions • require regular travel throughout Eastern Washington (25-50% of time) and access to a car

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent years of experience in Counseling, Social Work, or related field • 4 years of experience providing direct treatment services to children and families (i.e. assessments, therapy, case management) ; or Master’s Degree and 2 years of experience providing direct treatment services to children and families • Confirmed proficiency in a second language via successful completion of a language assessment may be required for certain departments • Valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions/departments
