📋 Description
• - Deeply understand and solve complex problems • - Design simple, easy-to-use flows and experiences that delight our customers • - Oversee overall user experience for the product area you own • - Iterate on our design principles, style guide, and processes • - Work closely with engineers and product managers to solve ambiguous user challenges • - Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning with the product team
🎯 Requirements
• - 4+ years of experience designing and shipping complex products that customers love • - Portfolio of shipped work demonstrating UX design and adoption of user-centered design principles • - Strong communication and collaboration skills • - Ability to think holistically while simultaneously obsessing over the details • - Passion for working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
