📋 Description

• Responsible for leading, coordinating and further developing workforce processes in Austria • The role's objective is to ensure the right employees with the appropriate skills are assigned at the right time to the right tasks to increase efficiency and productivity • Ensure smooth WFM operations across the country • Develop, communicate and implement the country's WFM strategy in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders • Responsible for strategic and operational staffing planning (up to one year in advance), taking into account all legal requirements and individual customer requirements • Serve as the interface and link between Recruiting, Payroll, Finance and Operations, and work closely with the European WFM community • Provide leadership to all staff responsible for shift planning (Austria-wide) • Act as the central point of contact for all WFM topics, including any inquiries from the works council • Prepare reports, analyses and summaries • General organizational/coordinative tasks such as preparing, conducting and following up on meetings and trainings • Participate in HR/WFM projects and assume a system administrator role for our workforce planning/scheduling software

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business education (Matura or university degree) • Several years of professional experience in (long-term) scheduling and workforce deployment management • Experience using planning tools and systems • Solid knowledge of labor law, particularly regarding working time regulations in Austria • Experience working with the works council is an advantage • Proficient in MS Office • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Strong problem-solving skills, decisiveness and resilience under pressure • Structured and solution-oriented mindset • High level of commitment and a hands-on mentality
