📋 Description

• Evaluate residential and commercial contents inventories on a Replacement Cost and Actual Cash Value (ACV) basis • Finalize inventories for reporting, including preparing enclosures, preparing letters, and making detailed notes • Facilitate use of replacement services as requested by the Contents Adjuster • Review and process replacement receipts • Apply limitations and/or exclusions on claims based on policy coverage • Track time and log file notes of daily field activity • Support the organization's quality programs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Resident Insurance Adjuster License (Fire and Other Hazards) preferred • One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Accounting and insurance background preferred • Oral and written communication skills • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products • Good comprehensive decision making skills • Ability to read and comprehend policy language • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, required • Ability to handle work-related stress and multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to meet deadlines • Computer keyboarding • Travel as required
