• Compile data; prepare and distribute reports; and analyze results • Assist in efficient and effective program management • Identify poor work quality and cost-effectiveness trends • Analyze and compile data from technical reviews, as applicable • Provide training and coaching on processing and procedures issues • Provide analysis and reporting of trends • Ensure data integrity and develop and produce reports measuring data accuracy • Assist with client setup and maintenance parameter forms, as applicable • Extract data and analyze information based on plan and jurisdictional requirements • Gather and prepare statistical data for reporting • Make recommendations to management for training needs • Analyze cause-and-effect ratios, return-to-work and accommodations trends, disability durations, injury by job type, and disability diagnosis trends, as applicable • Present results to clients and/or management • Perform other duties as assigned • Support the organization's quality programs • Travel as required
• Bachelor's degree with major in Computer Science, Finance or Economics from an accredited college or university preferred • Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Three (3) years of query and report writing strongly preferred • Thorough knowledge of query and report writing • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required
