• Work on development with a focus on performance, scalability, and client alignment. • Propose and implement end-to-end solutions to drive the technical evolution of the project. • Participate in technical and business meetings.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core 6+, C# and development of REST APIs, design patterns, SOLID principles, clean architecture, object-oriented programming, and hexagonal architecture. • Experience with MVC and/or hexagonal architecture, testing, and code quality practices. • Solid AWS knowledge: ECS, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Terraform/CloudFormation, RDS, S3, ElastiCache, SNS and SQS. • Observability and monitoring experience; Splunk knowledge is a plus. • Good verbal and written communication, proactive, able to work autonomously, collaborative mindset, analytical and transparent thinking, organized and resilient. • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.

Early leave (2 hours) on employees' children's birthdays (up to 12 years old). • Leaves: Marriage – 5 business days; Maternity – 6 months; Paternity – 20 days. Bereavement – 5 business days (direct relative) and 1 business day (indirect relative). • Gympass: Discounted plans for employees and dependents (participation according to chosen plan). Active after 1 month of employment. • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Free access for employees and dependents to legal, psychological, financial and social assistance, among other services.
