• Deliver high-quality, engaging Credit Control and Collections training meeting apprenticeship, awarding body, and regulatory requirements • Deliver apprenticeships and qualifications in line with DWP, ESFA, and awarding body quality frameworks • Plan, prepare, and deliver sessions covering customer accounts management, debt recovery, credit risk, negotiation, communication, and regulatory compliance • Use workshops, webinars, and one-to-one coaching • Design and update learning materials based on current financial legislation, best practice, and industry standards • Support learners in developing professional behaviours, confidence, and technical skills aligned with the Credit Services Association • Identify learner needs, set SMART targets, and provide tailored feedback • Guide learners through gateway preparation and End Point Assessment completion • Assess learner work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate progress records
• Proven experience in credit control, debt recovery, or financial operations • Sound knowledge of credit management practices • Experience delivering vocational or work-based training, ideally in finance or business administration • Recognised teaching or training qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent) • Assessing qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33 or equivalent) • Exceptional communication and organisational skills • Commitment to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults • Ability to uphold Prevent Duty requirements and promote modern British values • May be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS/DS) check, dependent on the role
