• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for automation and integration projects. • Create detailed models and drawings using CATIA and, to a lesser extent, Solidworks. • Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to ensure effective system integration. • Perform analysis and simulations to validate the performance and reliability of designs. • Participate in the selection of appropriate materials and components for projects. • Supervise the manufacturing and assembly of prototypes and final products. • Conduct tests and adjustments on designed systems to ensure optimal functionality. • Document and maintain accurate records of designs and modifications.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar. • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Designer in automation and integration projects, including the design of mechanisms, work cells, stations, fixtures, etc. • Advanced proficiency in CATIA (Part design, drafting, generative shape design, assembly design, structure design, generative sheet metal design, DMU kinematics, human builder, generative structural analysis, advanced machining, core & cavity design, quick surface reconstruction, DMU fitting). • Desirable: Knowledge of Solidworks. • Desirable: Knowledge and use of simulation software.
