• Promote customer success by leveraging market knowledge and Segware solutions • Guide customers with materials and expertise on the best use and approaches for Segware solutions • Create automations and steps to advance the customer's journey in collaboration with Segware • Maintain proactive contact with Segware’s customer base to sustain close relationships • Act as the lead across Segware teams to resolve any adverse situations experienced by customers • Stay current with the latest trends in the electronic security market
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service • At least 6 months' experience using Customer Success tools such as Sensedata, CustomerX, Partenero, etc. • Knowledge of implementation processes, technical support, customer experience, and customer-centric methodologies • Knowledge/experience with the electronic security market • Knowledge/experience with Segware solutions • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) • Residence in one of the following locations: Belém, Rio Branco (Acre), Manaus, Porto Velho, Boa Vista, Palmas, or Macapá
