📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (vendor, SaaS, partnership, grant, etc.). • Support entity governance, board coordination, and cross-entity recordkeeping. • Collaborate with the Operations team to establish service level agreements (SLAs) and internal workflows. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to operationalize new initiatives and compliance frameworks. • Help coordinate external counsel and special projects, including data protection and employment matters. • Develop and refine internal processes for contract management and operational compliance (via Ironclad and other tools).

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; 3–5 years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house. • Background in corporate or commercial transactions, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or Web3. • Strong communicator with practical judgment and attention to detail. • Comfortable balancing structure with startup agility. • Passionate about technology, finance, and the future of decentralized systems.
