📋 Description

• You will work closely with our consulting team and will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and take on responsibility. • You analyze current developments in the continuing education market and help us develop new, tailored offerings for different target groups. • You support the development of modern training concepts—focusing on relevance, didactics, and impact. • You create content for our website, contribute ideas for social media, and strengthen our digital presence. • You assist in optimizing application documents and gain insight into consultation sessions with real clients. • You collaborate on potential analyses, support the preparation of coaching sessions, and can gain initial experience in professional coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying business psychology, business administration (BWL), communications, or a comparable degree—preferably with a focus on HR or marketing. • You work in a structured way, show initiative, and approach tasks analytically and solution-oriented. • You are eager to dive into new topics and actively contribute to projects. • You have an interest in digital tools and processes—you're happy to use AI applications like ChatGPT or will learn to use them with us. • You present yourself reliably and openly and enjoy professional collaboration. • You are confident in using standard MS Office programs.
