📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair faults on a complete range of vending equipment • Complete work at the first visit wherever possible and promptly conduct return visits when necessary • Prioritize machines with persistent breakdowns and multiple faults • Maintain access to relevant technical manuals and documentation • Attend training courses to maintain high workmanship standards • Maintain good customer relations and follow customer entry/exit procedures and Health & Safety policies • Identify potential customer dissatisfaction and take corrective action or seek assistance • Maintain the company vehicle in roadworthy, clean, and tidy condition

🎯 Requirements

• Ability form and maintain a close working relationship with colleagues and clients with a view to providing the best possible service to our clients • Willing and able to work on your own initiative • A full UK driving licence with at least 12 months driving experience and no more than 6 points is essential • Customer-focused with a smart and professional appearance • Must have strong electrical knowledge/experience, demonstrated through practical work experience or an electrical qualification • Technical background with strong fault finding and diagnosis skills • Awareness of how to work safely on electrical equipment • Right to Work in the UK permanently • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK if invited to interview
