• Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing technical services (calibration, repairs, equipment supply, IoT solutions). • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — with a focus on B2B clients in manufacturing, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and utilities. • Build strong relationships with technical buyers, procurement teams, and decision-makers. • Conduct technical needs assessments and work with the technical operations team to propose appropriate solutions. • Manage key accounts, oversee customer onboarding, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Track industry trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities and improve value proposition. • Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to generate leads and refine messaging. • Prepare reports and forecasts for management on sales performance, pipelines, and market feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Industrial Technology, or related technical field. • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales or B2B consultative selling, preferably in calibration, instrumentation, automation, or industrial services. • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain metrology concepts and measurement systems. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
