📋 Description

• Perform data studies and analyses to identify gaps in customer/master data, missing relevant information, and quality issues. • Develop statistical and predictive models for data inference and recommendation. • Build golden record models to determine the best version of a customer's record. • Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data. • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to continuously improve data quality. • Apply techniques for data profiling, imputation, and data enrichment. • Support data governance initiatives and MDM (Master Data Management). • Document methodologies and results clearly and accessibly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. • Strong knowledge of applied statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning. • Experience with Python and SQL. • Experience with cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure and Databricks). • Knowledge of data modeling, data wrangling, and data quality. • Preferred: Experience building statistical golden record models and MDM. • Experience working on data quality and governance projects. • Familiarity with Azure ML, Databricks, or other AI platforms. • Participation in corporate master data or CRM projects. • Application of Generative AI (GenAI) to automate analyses, generate insights, and produce technical documentation. • Proactivity and analytical curiosity. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. • Interest in data quality, master data management, and customer experience topics.
